The problem
You get skipped or paid late over paperwork, not over your truck.
- A lapsed SAM registration means the government cannot pay you, and your agreement is suspended.
- A missing inspection, expired card or wrong document at check-in means no pay until it is fixed, and you can be pulled off the dispatch list.
- A shift ticket missing a signature or an operator name holds up the whole invoice.
- Miss the yearly review or a solicitation window and you wait, sometimes years.
What we do
- Watch your dates. SAM registration, insurance, DOT inspections, RT-130s, CDLs and medical cards, extinguisher tags, agreement end dates, the yearly review. You get a text or email at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days. When you renew, the reminder stops on its own.
- Check you against the actual agreement. Every item points to the section of your solicitation that requires it. No guessing what "ready" means.
- Keep your truck binder. A printed binder for each piece of equipment: the agreement copy, insurance, inspections, operator cards, a pre-season walk-around and a dispatch card. Incidents have no signal; paper works.
- Pre-fill your shift tickets. OF-297s with your agreement number, company and equipment already filled in, one pad per truck.
- Look at your paperwork before you demob. A person checks your shift tickets and invoice packet against the resource order, so problems get fixed at the incident, not 30 days later.
What we don't do
- We never ask for your SAM, Login.gov, bank or agency passwords. Ever.
- We don't send "SAM renewal" letters. If you got one asking for money, it wasn't us.
- We don't sell or pool your rates or documents.
- We don't promise you'll be called or paid. We tell you what's on file and what's missing, as of a date.
How it works
- We look up your agreements in the public federal record before we ever talk.
- You send photos of your documents. We file them and set the dates.
- You answer texts. We do the rest, and a person looks at anything unusual.
Who it's for
